Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


Engagement Metrics


  • Average open rate improvement (%) across campaigns and flows
  • Click-through rate (CTR) by campaign and segment
  • Click-to-open rate (CTOR)


Conversion & Revenue Metrics


  • Conversion rate from email to key actions (signup, deposit, purchase, upgrade)
  • Revenue attributed to email campaigns
  • Revenue per subscriber


Lifecycle Performance


  • Performance of automated flows (welcome, onboarding, retention, reactivation)
  • Reduction in churn or inactivity influenced by email campaigns
  • Reactivation rate of dormant or inactive users


Quality & Deliverability


  • Spam complaint rate
  • Unsubscribe rate per campaign
  • Deliverability and inbox placement stability


Operational Excellence


  • On-time campaign execution rate
  • Number of structured A/B tests run per month/quarter
  • Consistency and documentation of brand voice and messaging frameworks



REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing copywriting or lifecycle marketing of writing high‑converting email campaigns
  • Deep understanding of customer psychology, persuasion, and storytelling
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverability
  • Experience working with ESPs/CRM tools, ( Get Response , Salesforce)
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into copy improvements
  • Excellent written English and attention to details.
