Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Engagement Metrics
- Average open rate improvement (%) across campaigns and flows
- Click-through rate (CTR) by campaign and segment
- Click-to-open rate (CTOR)
Conversion & Revenue Metrics
- Conversion rate from email to key actions (signup, deposit, purchase, upgrade)
- Revenue attributed to email campaigns
- Revenue per subscriber
Lifecycle Performance
- Performance of automated flows (welcome, onboarding, retention, reactivation)
- Reduction in churn or inactivity influenced by email campaigns
- Reactivation rate of dormant or inactive users
Quality & Deliverability
- Spam complaint rate
- Unsubscribe rate per campaign
- Deliverability and inbox placement stability
Operational Excellence
- On-time campaign execution rate
- Number of structured A/B tests run per month/quarter
- Consistency and documentation of brand voice and messaging frameworks
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing copywriting or lifecycle marketing of writing high‑converting email campaigns
- Deep understanding of customer psychology, persuasion, and storytelling
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverability
- Experience working with ESPs/CRM tools, ( Get Response , Salesforce)
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into copy improvements
- Excellent written English and attention to details.
