elopment is expanding its team and is looking for a sales Admin, to join our office in Obour City.
The ideal candidate must have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid experience in the real estate field.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Admin .
- Previous experience working with a real estate developer is a must.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage recruitment processes and support the sales team efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and distribute leads in real time and ensure proper follow-up.
Track lead status and sales cycle progress on CRM.
Handle broker/referral operations and verify documentation.
Follow up performance with marketing agencies and resolve issues.
Review and process commission claims.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and lead performance reports.
🕒 Working Conditions:
Location: Obour City – Reflect Development HQ
8 working hours
Friday is the weekly day off
