Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Industrial Marketing Specialist to build and develop the marketing function from scratch for our manufacturing business. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who can create strategies, generate ideas, analyze the market, and support business growth in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a complete marketing and growth strategy for industrial products (sandwich panels, steel sheets, etc.).
Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, market trends, and customer needs.
Identify and define target customer segments (contractors, developers, consultants, distributors, factories).
Create and manage lead generation activities to support the sales team.
Propose and implement creative marketing ideas suitable for the industrial and construction sector.
Develop clear value propositions and positioning for each product line.
Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and product profiles.
Plan and participate in exhibitions, site visits, technical presentations, and industry events.
Track and report marketing performance, results, and growth opportunities.
Continuously improve brand visibility and market presence.
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in industrial marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in building marketing strategies from scratch.
Strong understanding of the industrial market and customer behavior.
Experience in construction materials, steel, insulation, HVAC, or similar industries is a plus.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the marketing function.
Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Working Conditions:

Work location: 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt.
