Responsibilities :-



1) Strategy & Planning



- Execute end-to-end B2B marketing strategies that align with business goals.

- Identify key market segments, personas, and buyer journeys to tailor messaging and campaigns effectively.

- Create quarterly and annual marketing plans with measurable KPIs.



2) Lead Generation & Demand Marketing



- Drive lead generation through multichannel campaigns including digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, events, and partnerships.

- Optimize marketing funnel performance, from awareness to conversion.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment on target accounts (ABM strategies).



3) Content & Communications



- Lead the development of high-quality marketing assets including case studies, white papers, landing pages, product brochures, email campaigns, and thought leadership content.

- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.



4) Digital Marketing



- Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.

- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)



5) Events & Partnerships



- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows.

- Identify and build partnerships to expand brand reach and co-marketing opportunities.



6) Market & Competitor Intelligence



- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.



Qualifications:-



- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or service industries.

- Strong experience in lead generation and digital marketing strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEM tools, and CMS platforms.

- Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas, content strategy, and sales funnels.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).للتقديم الان
