KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for the close up of the electromechanical tasks of the project and attends the commissioning committee at the end of the project.
• Regularly undergoes site inspection visits for the assigned project to check the status of the Electromechanical Tasks of the project and whether it complies with the time frame or not.
• Follows issuing the letter of awards to the contractors and issuing the order for the stock controller to get the required materials that are supplied by the bank (long lead items) for each branch from the warehouse.
• Ensures contractor awareness and adherence to the SOP’s policies, bank Code of Conduct, appearance, safety instructions, etc
• Secures and manages bank assets under his jurisdiction.
• Previews the projects in coordination with the Maintenance department till the warranty expires.
• Reviews through a check list - in commissioning phase- all the items/deliverables of the project and make sure it complies with the standards and the specifications and determine any deviation off the specifications.
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to technicians in all aspects of their work.
• Provides the surrounding and atmosphere that is conducive to productivity and Implement the staff workflow to maximize efficiency and quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• University /College degree / B.Sc. Degree of engineering.

Minimum Experience:

• Junior Engineer: 0-2 years of Relevant experience.
• Engineer: 2-5 years of Relevant experience
• Senior Engineer 5+ of Relevant experience
