Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales and Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day sales operations, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and ensure efficient inventory management. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, handling inquiries, tracking order fulfillment, and streamlining operational processes to enhance overall performance. The role also involves actively contributing to the growth and development of the company’s supply network.
Qualifications
Strong sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills Experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, and optimizing supply chain processes Proficiency in communication, time management, and organization Ability to analyze data for planning and operational decision-making Technical proficiency in relevant software tools and an aptitude for learning new systems Passion for the automotive industry and a customer-focused approach Previous experience in automotive spare parts is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
