Job Title: Investor Relations Specialist

Job Purpose
To support the Investor Relations function by ensuring effective communication with investors, analysts, and stakeholders, while maintaining compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and enhancing the company’s transparency and market presence as a publicly listed organization within the contracting, operations, and maintenance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and disclosure of periodic reports and announcements in compliance with CMA regulations and Tadawul requirements.
- Assist in preparing investor presentations, quarterly and annual reports, and corporate fact sheets.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Governance, Operations) to ensure accuracy and consistency of disclosed information.
- Handle investor and analyst inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Monitor stock performance and support basic financial and market analysis related to company performance.
- Support the organization of investor meetings, earnings calls, conferences, and General Assembly meetings.
- Maintain and update investor databases and communication records.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and adherence to disclosure governance standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Investor Relations, Finance, or a related role within a publicly listed company.
- Good understanding of CMA regulations, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
Required Skills
- Basic financial analysis and understanding of financial statements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CFA Level I, CMA, CPA, or IFRS.
