We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their ability to provide exceptional customer support and thrives in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Collect data to maintain accurate customer account information
- Ensure inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs
Requirements
- 2 years’ dental clinic/lab experience is a must
- 2 years’ experience in US market is a must
- Fluent in English is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in dental terminology
- Prior customer support experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze and solve customer issues effectively
- Solid understanding of client services principles
- Proficient in data entry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software applications is a plus
