Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Collect data to maintain accurate customer account information
• Ensure inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs

Requirements

• 2 years’ dental clinic/lab experience is a must
• 2 years’ experience in US market is a must
• Fluent in English is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in dental terminology
• Prior customer support experience
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to analyze and solve customer issues effectively
• Solid understanding of client services principles
• Proficient in data entry
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software applications is a plus
