Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and creative Senior Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team at Bevatel. You will lead our organic social presence across all platforms, manage B2B influencer relationships, and build the personal brands of our top executives. Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy & Management:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Bevatel (B2B focus) across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
o Manage the monthly content calendar, ensuring timely publication and optimal posting times.
o Responsible for community management standards and increasing organic reach and engagement.
o Handle Crisis Management: Monitor social sentiment and respond professionally to negative feedback or PR issues with speed and accuracy.
o Monitor competitor activities and campaigns regularly to benchmark performance and identify market gaps.
• Content & Trend Analysis:
o Collaborate closely with Content Creators to brief them on emerging trends, viral sounds, and relevant hashtags to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
o Continuously research and implement new features and algorithm updates for each platform.
• Influencer Relations (Digital PR):
o Identify and scout relevant B2B and tech influencers/content creators who align with Bevatel’s target audience.
o Handle negotiations, manage budgets/rates, and maintain long-term relationships with influencers.
• Executive Personal Branding:
o Manage and optimize the professional social media profiles of Bevatel’s Top Management (primarily LinkedIn).
o Create a personal branding strategy, curate relevant content, and engage with the industry on their behalf to establish thought leadership.
• Analytics & Reporting:
o Monitor KPIs and generate regular reports to track performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and reach for PLT.
Job Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Management (B2B experience is a huge plus).
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms (LinkedIn, TikTok, FB, IG, Snap, YT).
• Proven experience in building personal brands for executives or public figures.
• Strong negotiation skills for influencer management.
• Ability to read data/analytics and translate them into strategy.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with the creative team.
• Very Good communication.
