Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and develop a localized strategy for Egypt
• Build partnerships with government agencies, corporations, and educational institutions
• Adapt and launch VMS programs for the Egyptian market
• Identify and pursue grant and tender opportunities for program funding
• Recruit mentors and engage entrepreneurs in the community
• Establish operational systems and report on progress

What We're Looking For

• 3-7 years of experience in program management or business development
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Experience in the MENA region is preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build from scratch
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities
