Job Description


Drive operational excellence and high-velocity product delivery by championing Agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making. This role serves as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, utilizing advanced analytics (JIRA advanced reporting & jql query), resource optimization, and proactive risk mitigation to ensure the continuous delivery of high-value solutions.

Facilitate and optimize the software development lifecycle by leading Scrum ceremonies, managing team capacity, and resolving impediments. By leveraging burndown metrics and utilization analysis, this role ensures project goals are met with precision, transparency, and alignment with stakeholder expectations. 


Responsibilities


 Proactive Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate development and implementation risks early in the lifecycle. 

 Agile Facilitation & Governance: Lead all Scrum ceremonies—including sprint planning and retrospectives—utilizing burndown charts and velocity metrics to maintain high-output, time-boxed execution. 

 Data-Driven Insights: Leverage JIRA advanced reporting & jql query to create custom reports and dashboards, providing deep visibility into team performance and sprint health. 

 Strategic Project Sizing: Facilitate project sizing exercises (e.g., Story Pointing, T-shirt sizing) to ensure accurate forecasting and manageable workloads. 

 Resource & Capacity Planning: Conduct utilization and allocation analysis to balance team bandwidth, optimize resource distribution, and report on organizational efficiency. 

 Stakeholder Alignment: Transparently communicate project status, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders to drive data-backed decision-making. 

 Agile Leadership: Champion Agile principles to accelerate continuous value delivery and process maturity. 


Qualifications


Education: Bachelor’s degree


Experience


 6 Years of Experience in professional management of products/projects/squads in payments/Fintech/Banking domain. 

 Experience in projects in payments business domain (POS acquiring, digital wallets, e-commerce, schemes certifications, CMS, Card issuing, Acquiring, DTM) 

 Previous work experience as Scrum Master in agile team. 


Knowledge/Skills


 Bachelor’s degree in business management or computer information systems. 

 Must have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid presentation skills. 

 Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. 

 Good mentoring, team building, motivating & negotiating skills. 

 Tools: EasyBI, MS Project, MS Excel, Task Tracking (JIRA, Confluence)
