As an Operations Executive at Aramex, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless operational flow while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Monitor operational KPIs and ensure achievement of set targets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth process flow.

Address and resolve daily operational issues in collaboration with on-ground teams.

Manage team members and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.

Generate operational reports, implement corrective actions, and follow up on performance drops.

  Job Requirements - Experience and Education 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
