Role Description

Boutique hotel with 30 rooms , requiring housekeeping supervisor with 3+ experience in 4-5 stars hotels

Qualifications

Proven Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage a housekeeping team effectively.

Experience with Housekeeping and Laundry operations, including maintaining cleanliness and managing linen supplies.

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest concerns and collaborate with team members.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality is a plus.

Prior experience in a similar supervisory role is highly desired.
