About the job
We are looking for a hands-on Oracle ERP & Oracle PMIS Sales Manager who can hunt, qualify, and close enterprise deals in Saudi Arabia.
The role requires direct ownership of revenue, strong enterprise hunting capability, and the ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with government, PIF-related entities, and large private organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Hunting & Deal Ownership (Core Responsibility)
Build and manage a high-quality enterprise pipeline aligned with annual revenue targets
Own Deals End-to-end
Focus on large, complex deals (ERP, PMIS, multi-module programs)
Target And Penetrate
Identify Cross-sell And Upsell Opportunities Between
Build a repeatable sales motion, not one-off wins
Own revenue realization, not just signed contracts
Work Closely With PMO And Finance To Ensure
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
Participate in weekly revenue reviews and escalation forums
Work Closely With
Ensure deals are deliverable, profitable, and contractually sound
Support reference building and customer success stories
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Annual closed revenue (Oracle ERP + PMIS)
Pipeline coverage (minimum 3× quota)
Deal quality and conversion rate
Sales cycle progression and velocity
Revenue realization vs signed contracts
Forecast accuracy
Required Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory Requirements)
7+ years of experience in enterprise software / IT solutions sales
Proven track record selling Oracle ERP and/or Oracle PMIS solutions
Experience with long-cycle enterprise sales (3–6 months)
Demonstrated Ability To
Strong Exposure To
Comfortable engaging C-level and senior decision-makers (CFO, CIO, PMO heads, executives)
Strongly Preferred
Prior experience working with or selling:
Background In
Experience working with Oracle partners or Oracle ecosystem
Skills & Competencies
