The Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Data Analytics to The Director - Data Analytics is a quantitative leader responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into clear dashboards, insights, and decision-ready intelligence. This high-level role will require a visionary leader who can leverage data to drive strategic decision-making, enhance operational effectiveness, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytical frameworks, data governance structures, and reporting mechanisms that align with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Analytics, Dashboards & Insights:
- Design and own executive dashboards covering cost, budgets, workforce plans, and performance KPIs
- Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and actionable insights
- Drive data storytelling to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
