We’re Hiring – CRM Specialist

Join our team at Real Mark, one of the leading real estate companies in Egypt.

 Location: Heliopolis – Cairo

 Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

* Manage, monitor, and optimize the CRM system to support sales operations.

* Analyze leads, opportunities, and client data to improve sales performance.

* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the CRM system.

* Generate periodic reports and dashboards for sales performance and management review.

* Work closely with sales and management teams to enhance CRM workflows and processes.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree.

* Proven experience as a CRM Specialist.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in the Real Estate field is a must.

* Proven experience with Odoo System is required.

* Good command of English.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports.

* Very good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.

* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Residence near Heliopolis or nearby areas is preferred.
