About the job
Roles & Responsibilities.
1. Iqama & Residency Operations •
• Oversee issuance, renewal, transfer, and cancellation of Iqamas.
• Ensure timely execution of all Muqeem system services (printing, updating data, issuing reports). • Monitor and track expiry dates and maintain accurate employee residency records.
2. Compliance & Labor Law
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all requirements related to:
• Ministry of Labor (MOL)
• Muqeem
• Qiwa
• Absher
• Tawteen/Saudization programs
• Ensure that all company operations follow government rules and regulatory updates.
3. Saudization & Tawteen Program
• Monitor Saudization progress and ensure compliance with Tawteen program requirements.
• Prepare periodic Saudization reports and submit required documentation to relevant authorities. • Collaborate with HR to improve compliance and maintain required Saudization ratios.
4. Government Relations Coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact with government bodies (Jawazat, Labor Office, Ministry of Interior, etc.).
• strong working relationships with government officials and service providers.
• Ensure timely completion of government requirements and follow-ups.
Required qualifications:
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Years of Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Government Relations with a high focus on the operations, preferably in a company with 5,000+ employees.
Required Skills:
•Strong understanding of government portals and administrative procedures.
•Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
