Job Title: Digital Marketing Performance Manager
Location: Nasr City Full Time - OnsiteRole OverviewWe are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with strong Media Buying expertise. You will not only define the marketing strategy but also directly manage our ad budgets across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta. Your primary goal is to drive high-quality B2B leads for our Odoo ERP solutions while optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.Key Responsibilities :1. Media Buying Paid Strategy (New)Budget Management: Plan, execute, and manage monthly digital ad budgets (e.g., 50k - 200k+ EGP), allocating spend based on channel performance.Campaign Execution: Set up and optimize B2B campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Lead Gen Forms), Google Ads (Search Display), and Meta Ads (Retargeting).Optimization: Continuously A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to lower the Cost Per Lead (CPL) and increase Conversion Rates.Pixel Tracking: Ensure all tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Tag Manager) are correctly installed and tracking conversions in Odoo.2. Inbound Strategy Lead Gen Develop the Full Funnel strategy: using paid ads to attract traffic and Odoo marketing modules to nurture them.Collaborate with the Sales team to define Lead Scoring criteria (e.g., knowing when an MQL becomes an SQL).3. Content SEO Guide the content team to create high-converting ad copy and landing page content specifically designed for paid traffic.Ensure organic SEO efforts support paid campaigns (e.g., ranking for keywords that are too expensive to bid on).4. Odoo Marketing AutomationDesign automated email flows (Drip Campaigns) in Odoo to follow up with leads generated from paid ads immediately.Requirements :Experience:5+ years total in Digital Marketing.Minimum 2 years of hands-on Media Buying experience (managing budgets 50k EGP/month).Technical Skills: Mastery of Ad Platforms: LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Essential for B2B), Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite.Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Data Studio/Looker for reporting.Odoo Knowledge: Experience with Odoo Marketing/CRM modules is a massive plus.Financial Acumen: Ability to forecast ad spend and calculate ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)CPL (Cost Per Lead): Keeping acquisition costs within target (e.g., ROAS: Total revenue from Odoo licenses/implementation vs. Ad Spend.Lead Quality: % of leads that convert to Qualified Opportunities in the pipeline.Part 3: Recommended Interview Questions (Media Buying Focus)To vet this candidate effectively, you must test their money management skills:We have a budget of 100,000 EGP for next month to generate leads for our Odoo Manufacturing module.
