Job Description
Join us as a Customer Advisor in an English CHAT account with a salary that can be up to 16500 LE
New Account ( Chat and Email ) English - Cryptocurrency Industry
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via voice channels, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in English with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying root causes and providing accurate solutions or escalating complex cases as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system for future reference and quality assurance.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and adhere to company data protection policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adapt to changing procedures, technologies, and client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- 14 K basic salary + 2500K Kpis and it’s granted for the first 3 months
- No prior experience needed - Only Critical thinking
- Language level B2 English
- Grads, Undergrads, Dropouts, Gap year
- 24/7 Rotational shifts during training and night and overnight after training
- Door-to-door for the girls after 9 PM
- Transportation is provided
- Medical and social insurance provided
