About the job
Job Requirements:
o Proven experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) for beauty
brands
o Strong understanding of beauty trends, products, and audience behavior
o Experience in influencer outreach and collaboration tracking
o Comfortable working with clients, presenting content calendars, and adapting to feedback
o Awareness of paid social strategies and how organic and paid work together
Content Ideation and Management:
o Manage and enhance overall client page performance
o Support in creating engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and copy, following
the brand& guidelines.
o Ensure timely scheduling of posts according to the content calendar developed by the Social
Media Manager.
Community Engagement:
o Coordinate with the Community Manager on quality control of engaging with audience for
comments and messages on social media platforms.
o Monitor social media channels for audience interactions, trends, and feedback.
Support Campaign Execution:
o Help implement social media campaigns and initiatives as outlined by the Social Media Manager.
o Assist in coordinating promotional activities, contests, and collaborations.
o Analytics and Reporting:
o Track and report on social media performance metrics using analytics tools.
o Compile data and insights to contribute to performance reports for internal teams and clients.
o Trend Research:
o Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
o Research competitors and industry-related content to inspire new ideas.
o Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with the Social Media Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive
messaging.
o Communicate effectively with the Community Manager to support audience engagement efforts.
o Audience Development:
o Assist in growing the brand& social media following through organic outreach and community
engagement.
o Identify potential influencers and brand advocates to enhance community relationships.
o Administrative Support:
o Assist with organizing and maintaining social media files, assets, and archives.
o Support the Social Media Manager in coordinating meetings, reports, and project timelines.
