Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Executives to join our growing marketing agency. The ideal candidates will support the sales team in acquiring new clients, managing leads, and contributing to revenue growth while gaining hands-on experience in the marketing and digital services industry.

This role is perfect for candidates at the early stage of their sales career who are eager to learn, grow, and build strong client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients (B2B & B2C).
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
• Present agency services in a clear and professional manner.
• Support the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and deals.
• Coordinate with marketing and account management teams.
• Attend meetings (online or on-site) when required.
• Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English (written & spoken).
