Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Senior Contract Manager for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.Qualification RequiredThe candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mandatory).ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing the full contract lifecycle for offshore oil and gas projects, including tendering, contract formation, administration, change management, claims, and close‑out.oversees the full lifecycle of FEED/EPC contracts, ensuring commercial, contractual, and compliance excellence across large‑scale offshore projectsEnsures that all contractual and commercial aspects of the project are executed in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project objectives.Acts as the focal point between project management, procurement, legal, and contractors to safeguard the company’s commercial interestsexpertise in contract strategy, negotiation, risk management, claims, and stakeholder engagement, particularly for complex offshore engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) scopesManage the full contract lifecycle from award to close‑outLead high‑value negotiations with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.Oversee subcontracting strategy, tendering, evaluation, and awardExperience RequiredMinimum 20+ years in oil & gas, with extensive experience in offshore project exposure.Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skillsExperience with mega‑projects (> USD 1 billion) is requirePreferred experience from PMC/EPC Mechanical Construction Background.Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
