Role & Responsibilities


  • Present and promote the company's real estate projects to clients.
  • Conduct site visits and explain project features and payment plans.
  • Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of project inventory, pricing, and availability.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and client feedback to management.


Educational Background, Skills, and Experience


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Must Real Estate background (Preferably Developer).
  • Strong communication, presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.


Special Requirements:


  • Deep understanding of real estate development processes and project lifecycles.
  • Strong network of clients & brokers.
  • Multilingual proficiency (Arabic and English)
  • Valid driver's license.
