Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vacation Rental Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The responsibilities include assisting clients with their vacation rental bookings, providing exceptional customer service through various channels, and resolving customer inquiries or concerns effectively. The candidate will also be involved in managing communication with property owners, ensuring guests experience a seamless booking process, and addressing any technical or operational issues that may arise.

• Proficiency in C1-level English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle tasks
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to handle operational challenges effectively
• Familiarity with vacation rental platforms or hospitality services is a plus
