Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Back Office Agents (Voice & Chat) located in Cairo. The role focuses on providing efficient support to customers via voice and chat channels. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to client requests. Agents will work collaboratively with other team members to maintain high customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in communication skills, including oral and written communication
  • Strong customer support and problem-solving capabilities
  • Technical aptitude with familiarity in using communication tools, such as chat systems and phone support software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or BPO setting is advantageous
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to business needs
  • Fluent in English
