JOB TITLE

Finance Business Partner

ROLE PROFILE

Analyze financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Partner with operation team to evaluate the performance, sales trends, margin drivers and shrinkage results.
Provide financial inputs for strategic initiatives, pricing decisions and cost-control measures.
Deliver dashboards and KPIs to support data driven decision making.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers across the organization.
Serve as the finance business partner within the purchase forecast committee, validating purchase plans against working capital availability and cash flow.

Job Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance.
5+ years in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, or a similar business partnering role.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Knowledge of retail or manufacturing finance (specifically shrinkage and margin drivers).
Expertise in building and maintaining automated dashboards.
