Job Description
The Executive Director – Infrastructure is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and implementing the organization's infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Job Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in infrastructure management or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale infrastructure projects from conception through execution, ideally in a similar organizational environment.
- Extensive experience in strategic planning and implementation, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure investment and resource optimization.
- Advanced understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements associated with infrastructure development and maintenance.
- Exceptional financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control in large infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and private sector partners.
