Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in 5th Settlement Cairo, Egypt. The customer service support will handle customer inquiries efficiently, travel plans, hotels and reservations and provide high customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Fluency in English (B1+ / B2) is Must
- Flexibility to work in a rotational shifts condition (maximum 2 AM for females)
