Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Sales professional to join our team in a hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work remotely. This is a full-time position where you will engage with potential and existing customers, provide tailored insurance solutions, and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities include identifying and addressing customer needs, offering knowledgeable advice on products such as health insurance and other insurance services, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance-related roles
• Strong knowledge of Health Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and lasting relationships
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is an advantage
