Job Summary


Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Change Manager to join our Commercial Excellence, Deal Operations Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, learning, and communication while utilizing a consistent change management framework to maximize solution adoption.

You will join the Deal Operations Center (DOC) Capabilities team, a group dedicated to supporting global, cross-functional initiatives that improve people, processes, and technology.



What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:


  • Lead the end-to-end change management lifecycle by conducting impact analyses, identifying stakeholders, and executing comprehensive change plans—including communication and training strategies—to ensure effective adoption of enterprise programs.
  • Collaborate with global leadership and cross-functional project teams to integrate change strategies into broader transformation initiatives and facilitate workshops that guide teams through organizational transitions.
  • Ensure organizational effectiveness and engagement by administering satisfaction surveys, analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintaining accurate organizational structures to reflect ongoing business changes.


What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:


  • 3-5 years of experience in change management, employee engagement, or learning and development roles.
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks, specifically the Prosci methodology, and advanced technical proficiency in Google Workspace for data analysis and presentations.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and storytelling, with the capacity to influence diverse global teams across multiple time zones and tailor complex information for different audiences.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
