Responsibilities:


  • Implement the digital channels business plan in line with CB strategy and budget
  • Assist Digital Channels Supervisor in assessing and enhancing the digital channels services
  • Gather the needed data that support the gap analysis between the current and desired business processes
  • Support the development and implementation of the Digital Channels Model
  • Reporting the performance of delivery to the Digital Channels Supervisor
  • Provide solutions to solve problems at hand and to achieve desired outcome
  • Provide high quality project deliverables and support the Digital Channels Supervisor to improve the quality and efficiency of service delivery to the customer and implement process changes with proper controls
  • Coordinate with the Digital Channels Supervisor in the vendor selection process and solution assessment
  • Provide – on time, in scope and with high quality – deliverables according to the set plan
  • Ensure adherence to bank policies/compliance/regulators/best practices
  • Perform analytics and MIS functions to improve the channels.
  • Participate in revamping tools and services to increase user satisfaction
  • Participate in revamping different system areas to improve customer experience
  • Participate in developing effective system monitoring solutions/KPI’s
  • Implement efficient processes.


Requirements:


  • Min. 3 years experience in Banking in a related field in a leading financial institution
  • University degree from a reputable university
  • Fluent in English
  • Interpersonal and communications skills
  • Understanding of Banking and banking retail operations
