ABC NeuroHUB is seeking a highly organized, responsible, and patient-centered Clinic Administrator to join our growing neuropsychiatric and wellness team.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient experience, and strong coordination between doctors, therapists, and families.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily clinic operations and front-desk workflow
• Register patients and maintain accurate medical records
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinicians
• Handle patient inquiries professionally (phone, WhatsApp, in-person)
• Ensure proper documentation (consents, intake forms, reports)
• Coordinate between doctors, therapists, and case managers
• Monitor attendance and follow up on missed appointments
• Manage billing, payments, and basic financial records
• Ensure clinic organization, cleanliness, and supplies availability
• Support management with reports and administrative tasks

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred)
• Experience in medical clinic administration or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, calm, and empathetic personality
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, email, clinic systems)
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Team player with problem-solving mindset
