The Role We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter or Agency to focus purely on sourcing and screening top talent. Your job is to find the right people; we take care of the rest.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings and active sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Hand off qualified candidates to our team for final approval.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting (high-volume or call center experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and screening skills.
• Ability to identify reliable, high-potential candidates.

Compensation
