We are looking for a creative ITOM Systems Engineer to join our team! As ITOM Systems Engineer you will be responsible for delivering the best online User Experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.

You Will:

• Analyse customers’ needs and Software requirements to design a fulfilling solution to their needs.
• Design, implement, configure and customize Enterprise Systems.
• Develop solutions to fulfill Business requirements.
• Develop Integration points to Third-party solutions.
• Modify existing Enterprise Systems to correct errors, improve their performance, enhance their implementation or fine tune to customers’ requirements.
• Consult customers about Enterprise Systems Design and Maintenance.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science.
• <1 year to 2 years of experience in IT & Software field.
• Knowledge of Coding Languages and ability to write code/scripts.
• System or Network Administration.
• Critical-thinking, Problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Databases (i.e.; PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL…etc) and Database Queries is a plus.
