The Senior Researcher will lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced pharmaceutical formulations using nanotechnology-based delivery systems. The role requires strong expertise in nano medicine platforms, analytical characterisation, and regulatory standards to drive innovative product pipelines from concept to pre-clinical evaluation.

Job Description

• Lead the design, preparation, and optimization of nanosystems (liposomes, SLNs, NLCs, polymeric nanoparticles, micelles, nanoemulsions, etc.) for drug delivery.
• Conduct preformulation studies and select appropriate excipients, surfactants, and stabilizers in line with pharmacopeial standards.
• Perform and oversee analytical characterization (particle size/zeta potential, morphology, encapsulation efficiency, in vitro release, stability testing).
• Develop scalable manufacturing processes and support technology transfer for pilot/clinical batches.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, ICH) and contribute to dossier preparation for novel formulations.
• Write and review technical reports, publications, and patents.
• Supervise and mentor junior scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytical, clinical, regulatory, and business development teams to align R&D outputs with company goals.
