Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Hardware-TeleSales professional. The individual will be responsible for managing sales calls to prospective clients, identifying customer hardware needs, and providing tailored solutions. Tasks include responding to customer inquiries, delivering excellent customer support, and addressing product-related concerns. Daily activities will also involve maintaining customer relationships and contributing to successful sales target accomplishment through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and relationship management
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques, including lead generation, product pitching, and closing deals
  • Experience in Training or familiarity with providing product knowledge sessions to clients
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other relevant sales platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
