Job Description
- Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR documentation.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, conducting orientations, and managing exit procedures.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters, benefits, and company policies.
- Organize and maintain HR files, databases, and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offer letters.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs and maintain up-to-date records.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review as needed.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
