Job Description

  • Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR documentation.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, conducting orientations, and managing exit procedures.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters, benefits, and company policies.
  • Organize and maintain HR files, databases, and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offer letters.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review as needed.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
