Job Description
Significa Capital is looking for a Business graduate (0–2 years of experience) to join our team in a dynamic administrative and coordination role. This opportunity is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to gain real exposure to business operations, corporate communication, and client engagement.
You will work closely with the team to support daily operations, follow-ups, event coordination, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team
- Manage professional emails, follow-ups, and communication with clients and partners
- Coordinate meetings and calendars (scheduling, invitations, reminders)
- Support events, workshops, and webinars (registrations, attendee communication, materials preparation)
- Track tasks, deadlines, and action items to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and basic reports
- Maintain organized internal records and documentation
- Support social media coordination (content posting and basic follow-up)
- Assist in lead prospecting and business research
- Handle general office coordination tasks as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome, especially those with internship experience, student activities, or practical exposure during university
- Demonstrated involvement in organizing events, projects, or teamwork activities is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Professional communication and email etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Drive, Zoom, LinkedIn, Teams, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
