Senior Business Developer - New Cairo (Full-Time)


Position Summary

As a Senior Business Developer, you will lead our agency's growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring extensive agency experience and a proven track record in marketing services sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for the agency's full suite of marketing services
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with agency growth objectives
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Market Intelligence: Research market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the marketing sector
  • Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through new business development
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, digital, and account teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Networking: Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and professional gatherings in New Cairo and beyond
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting using CRM tools

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • + 5years of business development experience within a marketing/advertising agency environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in agency services
  • Extensive network of marketing contacts and potential clients in Egypt/MENA region
  • Deep understanding of marketing services including digital marketing, branding, creative campaigns, and marketing strategy
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and high-value agency contracts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
