JOB PURPOSE
- Responsible for executing research activities to develop research-backed data Insights. Additionally, converting findings into insights and tactics that support the bank.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Data Analysis, Business Management, Economics, or Computer Science).
- 1+ years of experience in research and business domain.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explore new players in the financial and banking domain to continuously expand the competitive landscape map and ensure no emerging threats or opportunities are missed.
- Conduct structured market scans of competitor products, features, and trends to equip the bank with timely intelligence that informs product roadmap decisions.
- Monitor competitor behavior, product launches, news, and investments on an ongoing basis to maintain an up-to-date picture of the competitive environment.
- Collaborate with Analytics to connect research findings with analytics data, in order to develop integrated insights that support evidence-based commercial decisions.
- Design slides and visual presentations to communicate research findings clearly, ensuring insights translate into actionable outputs.
- Apply methodological rigor and a solutions-oriented mindset across all research tasks in order to maintain consistency, quality, and credibility of research output.
- Analyze findings from multiple qualitative and quantitative sources to synthesize coherent, structured outputs that are ready for internal stakeholder consumption.
