Are you an expert in the unwritten rules of the internet? Do you understand the difference between friendly banter and harmful abuse in a live chat? We are looking for Data Annotation Specialists to help build safer online environments by reviewing and validating multilingual terms for video games, social platforms, and forums. This role is critical for filtering inappropriate content and requires a deep understanding of evolving internet culture, platform-specific slang, and the nuances of online communication.
What You’ll Do
- Review and validate multilingual terms to filter inappropriate content in live chat environments.
- Identify and categorize toxic language, hate speech, and online abuse patterns.
- Navigate platform-specific slang (Discord, Twitch, Reddit) and generational shifts (Gen Z and Gen Alpha trends).
- Apply critical thinking and research skills to ensure moderation terms respect regional and cultural differences.
What We’re Looking For
Native fluency in Arabic Language and professional proficiency in written English to understand complex project instructions.
Deep knowledge of in-game communication (Competitive PC, Console, and Mobile) and social media subcultures.
Familiarity with online abuse patterns and a professional, objective approach to handling sensitive or "toxic" content.
Prior experience in data labeling, content moderation, policy enforcement, or translation is highly preferred.
Excellent reading comprehension, ability to follow strict guidelines, and strong research capabilities.
