We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Laravel to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications from front to back. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality digital solutions that drive business impact. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, and modern frontend technologies. Build clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and j Query. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and payment gateways. Implement and optimize caching strategies using Redis for high-performance application delivery. Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards. Manage database architecture, write complex queries, and handle migrations and seeders in Laravel. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the full technology stack. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect implementations. Continuously research and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development workflows. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development. Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework (including Eloquent ORM, Blade, Artisan, and Middleware). Solid command of HTML5, CSS3, Java Script (ES6+), and j Query. Hands-on experience with MySQL database design, optimization, and query writing. Working knowledge of Redis for caching, sessions, and queue management. Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows. Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience with Vue.js, React, or other modern Java Script frameworks. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Digital Ocean). Knowledge of Laravel ecosystem tools such as Nova, Horizon, Sanctum, or Livewire. Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (PHPUnit, Pest). Background in e-commerce platforms, Saa S applications, or API-first architectures.
