Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Office Architecture Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shop drawings, creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting quantity surveying, and collaborating with civil and electrical engineering teams. Additionally, the role involves ensuring project design accuracy, coordinating technical details, and adhering to industry standards and timelines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Experience in Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering projects Strong skills in Quantity Surveying with attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational abilities Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools relevant to the role Ability to work collaboratively in on-site environments Previous experience in project management or technical office engineering is a plus
