???? What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead and coach a high-performing sales team.

✅ Develop and implement regional sales strategies.

✅ Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.

✅ Collaborate with internal departments to achieve business goals.

✅ Present insights, forecasts, and reports to senior management.

✅ Ensure full compliance with company policies and ethics.

????What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science (Biology/Chemistry), or Veterinary Medicine

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
