Role Summary:
You will conduct research, structure insights, prepare go-to-market materials, analyze operational datasets, and support the creation of strategic presentations for the leadership team and high-profile clients. Your work will directly contribute to shaping digital roadmaps, identifying opportunities for new digital solutions and services across multiple sectors, and developing actionable recommendations that enhance operational efficiency, sustainability performance, and asset optimization.
Responsibilities:
Support in developing hypothesis-driven digital strategies, implementation of technology roadmaps, and digital transformation approaches for clients in the built environment and facility management sectors. Apply engineering-based understanding of building and city systems such as HVAC, electrical, IoT, BMS/FMS, metering, and communication networks to assess digital solution applicability and technical feasibility. Prepare consulting-grade presentations, spreadsheets, proposal content, and go-to-market materials in coordination with business development, technical teams, and the Creative Unit. Support in developing cost-benefit analyses, financial models, and feasibility assessments to support client investment decisions in digital, FM, and smart infrastructure technologies. Draft clear and concise insights, summaries, and strategic narratives to support client workshops, executive briefings, and internal leadership discussions, while contributing to internal knowledge building and solution repositories.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, telecommunication, industrial engineering, or a related field from a globally recognized university. Master’s/ MBA from a globally recognized university is an advantage.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, digital advisory, fast growing Proptech startup, sustainability analytics, or strategy roles in the built-environment sector.
Skills, Experience, and Mindset: Strong interest in building a career in digital strategy, and transformation, ideally with exposure to industries like Smart Cities, Industry 4.0, or Utilities (Power, Water, Renewables). Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Initial hands-on experience in the Middle East is preferred, with a demonstrated understanding of the regional business landscape. Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex ideas in English, and ideally Arabic as well.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
A proactive, “can-do” attitude, with a drive to learn and grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
