Position Details Job Title: Arabic/English Customer support specialist
Requirements:Fluency in Arabic and English is a must. Proficiency in at least one of the following languages is required:French, Spanish, Portuguese, Farsi (Persian), Russian, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Bahasa (Indonesian), Malay, Thai, or Vietnamese. Strong writing and communication skills. Capability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities:Handle company requests via chat, email, and occasionally calls.
Salary and Benefits:Base pay: Approximately €600/month, based on working hours (€3.75/hour). Work schedule: 2 working days / 2 days off (12 hours/day). Performance bonuses:€75 for meeting quality standards.€40 for team performance.
