• This role is for an **Expert Caller**, which is a remote job where you’ll be speaking with customers or clients on behalf of the company.
• Your main responsibility is to make and receive calls, communicate in fluent English, and assist customers. Depending on the project, this could involve:
• Answering customer questions (customer support)
• Following up with client
• Assisting with basic technical issues
• Or making sales calls and convincing clients to take action
• You’ll be working full-time:
• Monday to Friday: 9 hours per day
• Sunday: 4.5 hours
• Saturday: Off
• The salary is $300/month with additional performance bonuses based on your results.
• This role is best suited for someone who is confident on the phone, speaks very good English, and has experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles. You’ll also need to be comfortable using a computer system (CRM) to update customer information.
