What You’ll Do: • Connect with existing customers to drive course renewals and increase retention • Build strong relationships with students & parents through regular follow-ups • Monitor student progress and use insights to recommend the best renewal plans • Deliver excellent customer experience by handling inquiries and resolving concerns • Provide ongoing after-sales support to ensure long-term engagement • Conduct ROI Classes (Student Revision & Support Sessions) to reinforce learning and improve student performance • Use student progress to confidently drive renewal conversations • Achieve and exceed monthly targets ????

What We’re Looking For: • 1+ year experience in sales / telesales / customer success • Strong communication & persuasion skills • Ability to simplify information and support student understanding • Target-driven, motivated, and results-oriented mindset • Positive attitude with strong ownership and resilience
???? Competitive salary + attractive commission???? Location: Cairo , Maadi sunday to thursday from 12 to 9pm saturday from 12 to 4pm
