This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of revenue ownership, product strategy, marketing, and operations, bringing all pieces together to deliver impactful, customer-centric growth for a cosmetics e-commerce marketplace and its newly launched beauty brand.
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Own and execute the commercial roadmap across the marketplace and the brand.
- Plan and implement monthly promos, sales peaks, and quarterly commercial calendars.
- Align inventory, pricing, marketing, and ops to drive profitable and relevant offerings.
- Set and track monthly and seasonal revenue targets.
- Track seller performance and manage restocking and revenue forecasts.
Campaigns & Copywriting
- Write and update homepage banners, pop-ups, and landing pages.
- Support email flows (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back).
User Segmentation & Retention
- Segment users based on purchase behavior or lifecycle stage.
- Track LTV and retention metrics and recommend optimizations.
Brand Partnerships & Inventory
- Onboard and manage seller and brand partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and special collaborations.
- Handle or coordinate restocking across both channels.
- Plan the brand's product range with pricing and distribution in mind.
Fragrance & Product Commercialization
- Develop go-to-market strategy for new fragrance launches and commercial moments.
- Align inventory with sales forecasts to avoid overstock and stockouts.
- Analyze trends, evaluate campaign results, and adjust commercial plans accordingly.
E-Commerce Platform & Market Research
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.
- Collaborate on platform design with the tech and design team.
- Coordinate special discounts, bundles, and gift offers.
