- Manage the unit through applying ADFS with the investor.
- Supervise and train RSS supervisors and sales representatives.
- Follow and maximize the investor’s ROI.
- Plan the work of supervisors and sales reps (areas – quantities – items).
- Follow up daily/monthly distribution unit sales achievements and develop improvement plans.
